Irish for a Day in Boqueron
You don’t have to be Irish to enjoy the festive spirit of St. Patrick’s Day in Puerto Rico. Every town celebrates the holiday a little bit differently, but here in Boqueron, we like to pull out all the stops. Join the city at the waterfront for our annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade, which will march you straight into Galloway’s Landing Bar and Restaurant, where they will be serving enough fresh fish and chips and Guinness to fulfill all of your Irish fantasies. Galloway’s Landing will be serving a traditional Irish meal for three seatings on the hour, beginning at 5 pm. If you’re planning to be in town the week of St. Patrick’s Day, be sure to pack enough green and gold to fit right in with the rest of the locals throughout the week. There really is a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow when you’re visiting the island of Puerto Rico — we call it a cold beer and a beach!
